Our main areas of service are Fukuoka and Kumamoto prefectures, but once you have used our service, we know your luggage and we may be able to service you in other areas.

Can you handle a move with a small amount of cargo?
Yes. We have everything from light trucks up to 4 tons, so we can accommodate the amount that suits your needs.

Is it possible to request only large furniture or home appliances?
Yes. We accept orders for large furniture and home appliances starting from 1 item.

Will there be a charge for cardboard boxes?
The number of free cardboard boxes is determined depending on the plan, so please contact us in advance.

Is there anything you can't carry?
Please refrain from bringing dangerous goods, valuables, works of art, antiques, luxury goods, etc.
About packing

Can cardboard be made without duct tape?
If left as is, the bottom will fall out, so please use duct tape to secure the bottom and top.

Who will be responsible for packing and unpacking?
We will arrange male or female staff according to your request.

What should I do with clothes and shoes on hangers?
If you wish, we can lend you a hanger box or shoe box free of charge on the day, so please contact us.

Should I take out the contents of the plastic costume case?
You can leave it as is. (We recommend that you remove heavy items such as tableware, books, magazines, albums, etc. as they may be damaged.)
